Sales Support Associate – Golocl

The Role

  • This is an office job.
  • Researches market verticals and territories to identify potential customers.
  • Uses CRM system and other cloud based tools to initiate sales cycle.
  • Uses backend systems to create customer specific content rich searchable directory listings.
  • Handling various presales and post-sales activities for customer groups.

The Person

You believe that you have the following in you,

  • Confident approach to selling including negotiating, handling objections, listening to the client’s needs and adapting your sell to each individual client.
  • Confident communicator via phone and face to face meetings.
  • Computer literate understands internet and social platforms.
  • Understand both the market and competitors of Entelligentsia’s products.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of new Business ideas and team meetings.
  • Able to work in a competitive and target driven environment.
  • Resolve problems and disputes with clients by using your initiative and thinking on your feet.
  • A good work ethic coupled with an ability to learn quickly and a willingness and interest in keeping up to date on our products and services.
  • Located in Pune, Maharashtra and 1-3 years of experience in selling to local businesses.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream.
  • Fluent with English and Hindi. Knowing Marathi would be a plus.

The Job

The job responsibilities include,

  • Working with senior sales executives in selling Entelligentsia’s products.
  • Maintaining sales data in CRM.
  • Following up on client enquiries and generating leads.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through qualifying potential contacts and calling prospective clients/leads.
  • Implement the product/solution for customer post sale, work with customer to customize/configure the product/solution to customer satisfaction and close the sale.
  • Helping with logistics for product demonstrations and sales.
  • As part of your development in the role you will be expected to quickly build up and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings.

What we are looking for as basic criteria for an interview call

Qualification :

  • You should be a recent graduate.

Sales Executive – Golocl

The Role

Sales executive to prospect for new business, identify and target new leads and customers, follow up and manage the entire process right from lead generation to closing the deal. Although experience of selling to local business with telesales or face to face would be preferable though we welcome young and energetic fresh graduates with flair for sales.   • Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation quota and achieves the sales target individually and for the team.
  • Prospects and profiles potential accounts via the telephone, coordinates and conducts product demos at customer site.
  • Interacts with potential customers, builds and maintains lasting relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Works with Senior Executives to develop sales tools and training materials for presentation to the Sales team, keeping informed on the latest developments in market/products and provides product training to sales trainees.
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning sales; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Works with senior executives in market mapping exercise, identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
